Nothing about that report is any indication of anything wrong with that Mac, at the time its information was gathered.

The obvious lack of a Time Machine backup is something you should seriously consider. To learn how to use Time Machine please read How to use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac - Apple Support.

The presence of Google products indicates your Mac is being used for Google's benefit. Its processes run in the background, doing whatever it is Google wants requires them to do, in its pursuit of harvesting and uploading personal information through whatever means necessary. It's your Mac, do with it as you please, but if you must use Google products expect its performance to be commensurately affected. Google does not care if using their products causes a Mac to run slowly.
