Apple Watch

My Apple watch is frozen after I performed today's update. It's locked on the screen that has the Apple icon in the center with the outer progress ring. It was 100% charged, on the charger and next to the iPhone. Don't know what the update didn't complete and the watch appears to be frozen. Please help if you can.
