How do I open downloaded CSV files in Excel and not Numbers

I just downloaded a CSV file. When I opened it, it was a Numbers file. I am using Numbers 5.0. In the past CSV files opened in Excel, which I prefer.

How do I have a CSV file automatically open in Excel by default.

I have Excel 16.11.1 for the Mac on my iMac.

iMac with Retina 5K display, macOS Sierra (10.12.2)

Go to Finder and find the csv file (or any csv file) and select (highlight) the file. Then use command I (or Finder File menu Get Info) and in the "Open With" section of the Info window, select Excel and click the "Change All" button.
