Make sure iTunes is up to date on your computer ...



iTunes requires a Mac running OS X version 10.10.5 or later.


Or a PC, iTunes requires Windows 7 or later.


Update to the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support



Then follow the instructions in this support article > If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
