Install/Re-installing FCPX
Can I unstall FCPX on one computer and re-install on another?

Yes. Throw away the application, log into the Mac App Store with the same Apple ID, click on the Purchases tab, and redownload it.
If the copy on the first computer was preloaded, go to the Purchases tab there and choose Accept before deleting it.
