Not able to download Whats app on Iphone 4s

I have iPhone 4s, due to space problem I had uninstall the whatsapp now while reinstalling the app I am not able to do it, when I click on the cloud after a sec it comes back to cloud again please help

What version iOS you're running? Have you tried closing the App Store completely (after double clicking Home button)? For a good measure you may also want to do a hard restart. To perform hard restart hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
