app store says 2 updates, but ... nothing at all

Hi all,

a few days agos the app store told me that there are two pending updates. And in the content windows i have seen two programs that neede updates. I decided to delay the updates for a day.

But now ... app store still says there are two updates, but the content window shows ... nothing. See picture.

I can wait many minutes, an hour, a day. Nothing in the content window. But the summary still says two updates.

How can i fix this?

os is 10.13.3, mac pro 5.1 / 2010. And this is no fotoshopped april fools joke!

Well you could go to the Apple Support Downloads site where you can manually download the updates, Apple - Support - Downloads and there is an iTunes update here, Apple - Support - Downloads

Solved ... partly.

What i did:

today after system boot i got the message in the upper right that updates are pending. The message where i can say "reboot for install" or "delay for tomorrow".

I decided to install.

And yes, 10.13.4 had been installed. Then i installed a new nvidia web driver.

But ... app store still says "1 update pending" but displays an empty content window. No list of recent installed updates, and no list of pending updates. The same empty window as shown in the picture i enclosed in my initial posting.

So the problem of empty app store window still remains.

solved completely ... by doing nothing. Hmm, not nothing, by simply waiting.

Today, after a couple of days, i opened the app store again, went to "updates", and you can guess what happened ... yes you are right, the display of the lists "pending updates" and "installed in the last 30 days" is correctly showing again.

Hurray!
