Asking for keychain password..

I am really unfamiliar with my Mac computer as we haven't had it very long. I did the High Sierra update a week or so ago and now it keeps asking for a keychain password with every document or app I open. I did some searching and it says it's the password is our login password but it keeps coming up as incorrect. I cannot access Safari or our emails without these keychain passwords and this is a business computer so I really need to get this sorted asap. Is there a way to turn them off? I never had this keychain password before.
