Here's an example, using the data shown and a 2D xy scatter chart.
The data table contains the date in column A, the measured weight on that date (in pounds) in column B, and the goal weight for that date in column C.
To create the chart, I selected columns A and B of the table, then chose the 2D scatter chart at the bottom of the left column of the Chart button's menu.
I edited the Y axis to have a minimum value of 180, and set the number of increments to provide lines at 5 pound intervals on the axis. Depending on your expected range, use a number of steps that will give you labels at 5 or 10 pound intevals, and add minor gridlines if the interval is 10.
After getting this part set up, I clicked the Edit Data references button (below the chart when it is selected), then dragged the handle at the bottom right of the selection rectangle to add column C to the chart as a second series.
I edited this series to show no data point symbols, to connect data points with a curve, and to thicken the curve to 2 points. I set the Weight series to display data point symbols, and to have a curve to connect the data points, again with a 2 point wide curve.
Other than those chages, the chart is as created by numbers.

If you already have a table with data, please give us a sample, you can fudge the numbers as examples.
if you just want the formula for rounding to 5, you can use Something like this: =ROUND(A2/5,0)*5
Then you can work on th chart.
otherwise, I would suggest just googling for weight loss spreadsheet and find one that fits close to your needs.
After you you look at a few, you will find some features of different ones that you like. Try to assemble those features into a workbook for you. you Will learn a whole lot doing it that way, learning from them how they
do things.
