Cannot Find Swift Playgrounds in App Store

I cannot find Swift Playgrounds in the app store. Did they rename and/or get rid of the Swift Playgrounds app? I bought a used iPhone 6 off a friend, and it's running ios 11 or later. I was wanting to get Swift Playgrounds, but even when I follow Apple's link here from my phone https://www.apple.com/swift/playgrounds/ it says "cannot connect to app store," but I can download any other app. It also doesn't show up in search when I put in "Swift Playgrounds." I'm guessing the renamed it and/or moved it? I hope they didn't get rid of it completely. I was excited about finally being able to use this app.
