Downgrade IOS 10.3.3 to IOS 8.0 is possible with IPhone 5s (GSM) ?

I have IPhone 5s installed on IOS 10.3.3 . I need install IOS 8.0 or IOS 9.0 due some IOS application compatibility testing ? Is support exist in IPhone 5s or not ?
