MBP Fan on continuously since update to Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.4

Since updating my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) to High Sierra 10.13.4 (from 10.13.3), the MacBook Pro fan is on continuously even though the menu bar Battery Icon says 'No Apps Using Significant Energy'. With MOS HS 10.13.3, the fan only came on when my MBP was working hard.

Do other lovely people have this issue?

I'm not seeing that.

Try resetting SMC and NVRAM.

If that does not fix it, try restarting in Safe Mode. See if the problem still occurs whilst in Safe Mode.

Then restart again normally. Let us know how it goes.
