How can i pay the money i owe apple?

Okay so i play this game called imvu. I bought 5,000 worth of coins for 4.99.

Later on i went to update a different app and it kept saying “please check your billing info” so i did and it says i bought the credits for imvu THREE times when I didn’t. So now i owe $17 for something i only bought once.

Could i add money to my apple id acc to pay off what i owe?
