I'm struggling to log in to Facetime and Messages with my MacBook Air.
MacBook Air is the only Apple device I have, so I don't have access to iMessage settings.
Can e-mail address (AppleID) be the only contact info for Facetime and Messages?

Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime - Apple Support

From there I could control my contact information.
Unfortunately the problem is that I can't log in to Messages or Facetime. So I have no access to those settings.
I already tried these steps too.
