Super cookies are network level cookies.

You have to contact your ISP and ask them to remove this kind of tracking.

evercookies are regenerative in nature. It is very hard, if not impossible to remove these

not so desirable files.

Safari 11 allows you to prevent Cross-site tracking cookies from being stored.

Safari > Preferences > Security > Website tracking:

To remove website data:

Open the Home > Library > Safari folder and remove items from Binary cookies, Caches, Database and Local Storage folders.

Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library. Follow dominic's suggestion.
