I received an email (New Devices Access) AppleID

Is this a legit email? It has a pdf file that requests more action form me. It says

Your Account has been Locked


We noticed unusual activity in your Apple ID. Your account has been sign in with new location or different devices on April 02, 2018 at 07:41.09 PDT. For your security purpose, we have disabled your account. To unlock your account, we need requested information about your Apple ID.



Verify Now (is a link for me to click)


If we didn't received information needed, your account access maybe further locked permanently.
