smart mailbox disappears

smart mailbox disappears

I set up a smart mailbox.

It works fine. I shut the computer

overnight.

In the morning, there is no smart mailbox.

Do you have e-mails that match the criteria for the smart mailbox? Does it reappear when you have such e-mails?

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help the Community answer your questions:

Are the emails that you put in the smart mailbox missing?
If you create regular mailboxes, do they disappear?
Does this happen to other smart mailboxes or only this one?

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I do have criteria in the smart mailbox and all the mails that fit appear in that mailbox. But when shuť the mail app of and reopen there is no mailbox.
