I have a loaner phone from sprint store that I am disabled from and hey requested I contact Apple for assistance.

My loaner phone is disabled and I have no info on it. How can you help?

Hi Chris G.O.,
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are seeing or describing, but if your loaner iPhone is showing as disabled, you may find the information and troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article helpful:
If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
Note that if this loaner iPhone is activation locked to the Sprint store or otherwise limited/managed, you may need to reach out to them directly for resolution.
Regards.
