Can the airpods with stand the heat in a sauna ?

They are not moisture resistant, if you sweat directly into them they will be damaged. The heat of the sauna (I assume you are talking about a dry one and not a steamboat) will far exceed the temperature range of the AirPods causing the batteries damage.

No steam & dampness will damage them & don't take iPhone in sauna or bathroom.
