How long can I record on Voice Memo?

Just purchased an iPhone 8 + with 64 GB. I want to record an interview using the Voice Memo app that comes with the phone. How many minutes will I be able to record?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3), WD External HD, Router 802.11g
