There is no "normal" - everyone's usage is different, and is dependent on may factors: Are you using Wi-Fi or cellular data, for example. If it's cellular data, how strong is your signal? what background apps do you have running? Go to Settings/Battery and see how much energy each app is using.

Just using your numbers, 3 hours of usage to 66% means that you would get 9 hours of usage before the phone needs to be recharged. This is an acceptable range.

The best way to use the phone is to charge it overnight, every night. In addition to assuring that you will have a full charge at the start of each day, if you turn on iCloud backups the phone will back up automatically every night when it is locked and connected to Wi-Fi.

Thank u for replying , when i post this issue the battery usage was like that but as u say its depends on how i use my phone on cellular data it take to match charge in certain application like facebook, messenger , whatapp .. , on wifi its very satisfying , it could the battery last one full day , in otherway it can’t handle 12h standby with 6 hours of usage , i contacted the service on apple and they make a diagnostic for my phone , and they its a normal usage and its no probleme with my phone i hope u understand me thank u
