I need to go back to factory settings and download my account onto my device but spmepne has reset it to factory settings but cant find my account

iPhone 6, iOS 11.2.6, locked in factory settings

Without contacting the person who locked it, you can’t; the activation lock is an anti-theft measure. Go back to the pawn shop and ask for a refund.
