iCloud numbers formula

Hi,

I'm getting an "incorrect" result for the following formula:- Earnings ÷ Total Time = $/hr. Elsewhere on the spreadsheet, the calculations seem correct. However, when the Total Time is in minutes (i.e. < 1hour), the formula appears to calculate $/min instead. Is there an easy way to consistently calculate $/hr?
