Greetings shahbaz239,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

It seems you're unable to successfully pair and activate your Apple Watch with your iPhone. I'll be happy to help provide troubleshooting guidance for this behavior.

A great first step would be to make sure the software for your companion iPhone is up-to-date with iOS 11.3. I suggest creating a backup with iTunes or iCloud prior to updating the software. You can see the steps on how to create a backup, and how to update the software of your iPhone, from the following guide:

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

After ensuring the software for your iPhone is up-to-date, then it would be great to follow the steps provided in the following support article:

Set up your Apple Watch

Let me know how the provided steps work out for you.

Cheers!

Same here. My own watch, didn't use it for about 6 months. Now I went to pair it with my phone again and I get the same error.

I've tried everything.

I've hard reset the watch, I've turned off and back on

I've updated my phone

I've deleted it from my iTunes and iCloud account

It will pair and then asks me to agree to terms then gives me an error message.

I'd love to know if anyone finds out the issue.
