can't login developer account
When I attempted to log into my Apple developer account, I get a message
"There is no country associated with your Apple ID. Before enrolling, enter your country at My Apple ID."
So I log into my Apple ID to set the country/region field. I tap on edit to set my Country/Region, but the interface doesn't allow me to set this field.
Thus, I can't get into my developer account.
What can I do to resolve this issue?
