I am trying to download an app, tried to sign in forgot my password, after going through the process to Change the password signed in using the new Apple ID and now it goes to a verify payment info pop up. After verifying all the info correct the verification continues to fail.

Solution, logged into apple account and the billing info was not filled in, a matter of hitting a check box to make it the same as shipping, once I did that it failed all the address, state, and zip code disappeared, after re-inputting the info it saved successfully and I was able to download the app, never had this problem before today not sure why the billing address disappeared??? Anyway done deal.
