Mail Grouping by Conversation issue

I have 'Group by Conversation' enabled but have a few consistent emails that I get that are not grouping (support tickets for work). These same emails do thread correctly in Gmail. Any advice on how to resolve this? It's driving me nuts!

MacBook Air, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

Mail groups unrelates emails in Mojave I use Mojave 10.14.6 on an Imac (2013). Mail groups unrelated emails into a conversation, sometimes as many as 20. Is there any way to ungroup messages when they are in fact not related? I have seen similar question dating back as far as 2015, but no solution. HELP

Emails incorrectly auto grouped by iPhone Is there a way to ungroup just the email messages that my iphone auto grouped incorrectly because sometimes it groups emails that don't go together? And when this incorrect grouping happens, it’s only on my phone. If I open my mail on my computer they are grouped correctly. Seems like there should be a way to only group emails when they are from the same email address? Especially when it groups emails from two different people/email addresses who are completely unrelated and have never been copied on the same email.
