My MIDI regions within the Piano Roll Editor have gone from being displayed horizontally to being displayed vertically. Something I did swapped them unintentionally, and it wouldn't allow me to revert my changes. Does anybody know how to switch this back?
You can see at the very bottom on the screen, my midi regions are now displayed vertically, making them impossible to edit.

Your piano roll editor is too narrow. Close the loop browser (or make it narrower) and the sliders will emerge.

Press O on your keyboard to close the Apple Loops pane.
This will reveal the zoom sliders.
But I would really encourage you to use the zoom key commands instead of using the sliders.
⌘→ to Zoom in.
⌘← to Zoom out.
Thank you for the answer! I see what you mean now, however on my end, the two sliders to change vertical and horizontal length are not available. Is this an advanced view setting that I need to allow?

No, they are still displayed horizontally (see the keyboard on the right of the editor) it is just that horizontally they are zoomed out a lot, while vertically they are zoomed in a lot, making the notes look longer than wide.
