I keep getting message's that I am running out of cloud storage space apparently because I have too many documents up there. How can I see them and then delete the ones no longer needed. Can't seem to find a way to do that so thanks for any help. I am running the latest versions of iCloud and OS And have iCloud on my Windows 10

You can do that by accessing the various areas as described in Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support
The "Check to see how much storage you have" section allows you to see what categories (photos, backups, documents) are using the storage.
The iCloud Drive section has information on how to see the files (documents) before you delete them.
You can also use a computer browser and log in to www.icloud.com and look at the photos in the Photos app there and the documents in the iCloud Drive app there.
Thank you FoxFifth for your quick response. Unfortunately my problem is not how to delete the documents but to find out what they actually are about and what the ramifications are to documents on my Windows PC. I can delete a bunch of stuff but want to know what they are first.

So, went there did that and added up all storage from all categories. Still cant account for 4.3 Gb of "Stuff" it says I am using but not showing in any categories including the iCloud drive guess will contact Tec support Monday. Still cant read what is in the files for what is being stored.
Have you tried going to iCloud.com/iCloud Drive using a computer browser?
