Loss of Mic

Hi folks

I opened my camera app to record a video and it refused to start recording, when I switched the phone off to restart it, the phone took 10 minutes to start. Now no video i record has audio, i have no audio on calls unless i use a blutooth headset and finally i cant use the voice memo app as the record button is simply greyed out. I have tried a clean install and full reset but no joys.

Anyone else experienced this?
