My Apple Music will not let me create a sharing with friends account. It will not let me search people or let people search me even after it says I have made an account

There isn't any sharing with friends but if you have an Apple Music Family subscription, the following has instructions on how to use Family Sharing. Get an Apple Music Family subscription - Apple Support
