iphone 5s not running
my iphone 5s is asking to attach it to itunes
when i attach it to itunes it shows me to update or restore when i update or restore it takes 10 min and then says the same question again
what should i do?

Try Recovery Mode as described here. You may have to try to enter Recovery Mode more than once to succeed.
iTunes 12.7 or later is required.
