L2TP VPN connection problem

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to connect to my vpn based on L2TP but I receive an error: "can not establish a connection with the PPP server, try to reconnect...". In the log I have this:

The problem is from the client side, credential are right I don't know to solve. In windows 10 it works well.
