I can’t reinstall Mac OS X Lion

Its an A1181. I just got the computer and it doesn’t look like it has an OS system on it. It auto boots to the MAC OS X Utilities. When I try reinstalling it from the options, after I put in my Apple ID it tells me this item is temporarily unavailable. Any and all help is appreciated.

Apple no longer supports Lion 10.7. I think it was back around 2008 or early 2009 when they quit updating the software. You will have to find an original copy and someone with all the updates. Collectors do archive such materials but finding it may be difficult. Good luck.
