formatting a flash drive

I want to format a flash drive on a Mac to use on a PC. It's mostly jpegs I want to take from my Mac to give to a PC user.


ExFat? Which format?

To format the flash drive transfer everything from the flash drive to a folder on to your MacBook and then open Disk Utility (Launchpad -> Other -> Disk Utility it search through Spotlight) then click on the phisycal drive then format it to ExFat with Master Boot Record partition map and then you can read/write on nearly all devices.
