So, I just purchased the iphone X but it is not finding my headset. I have turned it off, turned it back on, etc.
I am wondering if it is no longer compatible. I have the Plantronics M55.

a headset is unlikely to stop being compliant with the a2dp profile
read the documentation of your plantronics m55 headset and discover how you place the headset into pairing / discovery mode which is required before one can connect to a device the headset has not been connected to before
this is a security measure so people on the bus don't pair their phone with your headset to prank you
