how can i block the stollen iphone we have a serial number what will we do?

If you didn't set up Find My iPhone Activation Lock before it was stolen then it is too late to set it up now. If you set it up don't remove the device from your profile. Do contact your carrier urgently to get the SIM blocked. When my iPhone was stolen they put the SIM in another phone and ran up £220 worth of premium calls overnight. Thankfully I was insured.
