MacbookPro Bluetooth icon not in preferences

Hello Friends,

I recent bought a new MacBook Pro 2016 from amazon. Its bluetooth was not working so I upgraded it to current version is 10.13.3 ( high Sierra)

Its Bluetooth is still not working.

Symptoms :

1) Bluetooth icon is greyed out mentioning "Bluetooth: Not available"

2) No bluetooth icon in settings

3) hardware section in bluetooth says : "No information found."

I tried and none of below worked

1) SMC reset

2) NVRAM etc reset

3) Removed plist file from /lib/preferences

Can some suggest me as what to do? can it be hardware issue ?
