How to Unhide a person from People Album?

I had hidden a person face from People album on iPhone on iOS 10. The Q&A which list down steps to unhide people , seems to be from iOS 10. I have upgraded to iOS 11.3 now and I can’t swipe up to see any option to select hidden albums or any such option.

I want to add a photo of someone who’s wearing a face mask, but my iPhone doesn’t suggest that person when I swipe up to tag them. Is there a workaround for adding/tagging a person in my iPhone photo if I don’t see that person as an option when i swipe up? The trouble is, this person is wearing a face mask and their head is turned to the side...but I really want to add it to a slideshow in my memories.

Select photo to hide but under More button there is no Hide I select a photo in the Library to put in my Hidden album, tap More but no Hide appears. My iPad mini is IOS 15.6.1 and already has a Hidden Album with pix in it.

Find a picture of the person and swipe up ,under the photo their should be his/her name(if not find another photo),when you see it tap on it, now you should be in the person’s tap,scroll to the bottom and tap on add to People Album
