Coin purchase in minecraft

Hi

I am trying to buy coins in the Minecraft app but it is not working. I get an error saying to check my internet connection but I am connected already, I can even save my world in minecraft into the cloud.

The weird thing is that I created a microsoft account first so now I m logged in but my pseudo which is displayed has nothing to do with me. Not sure if it is something automatically generated but the name is weird.

Anyway, when I try to buy coins I get the error and it’s like the app does not even try to connect. That’s frustrating for an app I paid 20$ if I recall correctly.

Anyone experienced that before ?
