Apple ID is disabled

I need help with enabling my Apple ID as I am unable to update apps due to it.

If you receive a message that your AppleID has been disabled, you should first read this document. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/ht204106

Be aware, Apple never send email advice that your AppleID has been disabled.
