Can iphone5c update to iOS 11?

I'm trying to get the DU recorder on my iPhone but it is wont let me because it need to be updated to iOS 11. My iPhone is not giving me the choice to update it to iOS 11. Right now it is updated to ios 10 and I need it in iOS 11, any help?

iPhone 5c, iOS 10.3.3

The 5c cannot be upgraded beyond iOS 10.3.3.

iPhone 5S, 6, 6 Plus, 6S, 6S Plus, SE, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus and iPhone X.
iPad Air, Air 2 and 5th-gen iPad.
iPad Mini 2, 3, and 4.
All iPad Pros.
6th-gen iPod Touch.
