Hi,
how do you know your "sudoers files may have malware"? Do you have any anti-virus software installed on your Mac?
Did a pop-up show you this piece of "information"?
If you really want to find out your Mac is suffering from any malicious software, please download https://www.malwarebytes.com
(you may want to download the free version), press "scan" and delete any found malware. After Malwarebytes has done its magic you simply can uninstall it.
Cheers

Solution perfect! Thank you TheChosenOne (Maurinho?)
I had downloaded, EtreCheck; that’s how I found the problem. Thank you, again.
