Hi,

how do you know your "sudoers files may have malware"? Do you have any anti-virus software installed on your Mac?

Did a pop-up show you this piece of "information"?

If you really want to find out your Mac is suffering from any malicious software, please download https://www.malwarebytes.com

(you may want to download the free version), press "scan" and delete any found malware. After Malwarebytes has done its magic you simply can uninstall it.

Cheers
