Battery health beta shows my current battery at 90% when should I worry about changing the battery? Or Hownlong can I use it without consequences.

That's pretty normal. Apple's "nominal rating" is that after 500 charge-discharge cycles, a battery will typically be at 80% battery health. There are a lot of little things that go into how fast it degrades, including heat, depth of discharge, whether it's gone into deep discharge, etc. I don't worry about all these little things. As far as I'm concerned the battery is supposed to work for me - not the other way around. It can be replaced. If you really want a new battery to be closer to 100%, at this point all Apple Stores (which may not be available to you) and most AASPs will perform a battery service during the worldwide promotion regardless of the battery health. Previously Apple or an AASP would only perform the service if it was at 80% battery health or lower.

If the replacement is done by Apple or an Apple Authorized service provider, Water resistance is maintained after the replacement. They can re-seal the device to maintain the water resistance level. And the iPhone would also retain any warranty.

If done by a third party shop, its entirely up to them, and you would need to ask the repair shop, whether they can guarantee the continued level of whatever resistance after replacing the battery.

If Apple or an AASP does it, they make sure that the seal is good. There are no guarantees if it’s third party.

In any case, there is no guarantee of water resistance. Apple’s fine print always says that water and dust resistance ”are not permanent conditions”. However, whenever Apple or and AASP take apart an iPhone, once reassembled it will go on a piece of special equipment to check the proper alignment and the integrity of the seal. So it’s possibly better in that regard than a one year old device.
