Flickr login fails in Photos

I've been frustrated by this nonsense for ages, I want to be able to just send something to Flickr from Photos, But I can't. And I am seeing that its been going on for years (well, around 4) and there is no solution. I went to Flickr to see if there was a solution there, and whilst not immediately obvious, I am thinking that it may be related to the change to SSL for the site, around the end of June 2014. I wonder if Apple missed this and did not update the api to reflect the change...

Can someone give me an address to email a real person at Apple, to ask them about this?
