iphoneX front camera not working

Anyone know if there’s anything wrong with iPhone X front camera because mine isn’t working.

Hello,

You see a closed lens or black screen

If you see a closed lens or black screen when you open the Camera app, try these steps:

Make sure that there’s nothing blocking the camera lens. If you’re using a case, try removing it.
Force the app to close, then open the Camera app again.
Restart your device, then open the Camera app again.
If your device has a front and rear camera, try both cameras by tapping . If you see the closed lens or black screen on only one camera, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Authorized Service Provider for more help.

There wasn’t anything blocking the camera as the face recognition was working perfect, took some pictures from rear camera which is fine too till I flipped to front camera yesterday. Instead of seeing myself, it’s a green screen. It’s only a 5-day old phone, did removed it from a case. Never dropped the phone. Restarted and even erased and reset all settings, now screen flickers. Apple Store’s appt is 7-day later....gosh
