*My iPhone 7 (iOS 11.3). Why it shows 89%? under the text you can see this letter “Your battery currently supporting normal peak performance “(but you can see this letter when your device in 90%+). Pls help me to resolve this solution.
My reading of it is it is 98% of what it can hold now but at 100% it would only be 89% of what it could have done when brand new.

Maybe, but I looked my friends’ iPhones (6 and 6s) and interesting thing was that These phones had higher capacity than my iPhone (7). These iPhones have about 90-92% capacity (6 and 6s). Really, I can’t understand why my iPhone has lower capacity?

The capacity is relative to what the battery had when it was new. Comparing it to another phone that may have been used differently (either more or less) doesn't get you any useful information.
For the same reason my 37 year old car gets better mpg fuel use than similar models from the same company that are only 10 years old. I have a lot less wear on mine, plus my car doesn't have the same features that may place higher demands on components and wear them down faster.

Well, I certainly hope you stay around for as long (relatively) as your hardware! If there were such a thing as "car years", your car would be about one hundred and twelve.
