I received this in my email. Can you tell me if the attachment will install spyware on my phone? Why would the attachment have my name in it like that?

I do suspect it was sent by a family member that wanted to monitor my iPhone. How do I find out if this was spyware attached?

Correct, as stated, the email is a scam. The Apple support document in the link in my initial post has some info regarding such scams.
Edit to add: There was no spyware in the email.
Thanks for the reply. Is there a way someone could tell what Spyware was downloaded when I clicked on the attachment. I suspect a family member was monitoring my phone and want to start legal proceedings against them for invasion of privacy. There was very private info that was told to others and caused severe repercussions for me.
the *** in the email were my name. I’ve never seen any attachment that includes a name in it like that. I just want to know what Kind of spyware was in the email.
i have no way to know if my phone was jail broken at the time. My sis in law had access to my phone for a short time so I don’t know if she jail broke it.

Unless your phone is jailbroken, it is not possible to install anything unless downloaded from the App Store.
