Locked account

My account has been locked for security purposes!!!! I have been traveling South America and have had a Peruvian sim the last couple of months. Allot a sudden with no changes my account has been locked. As I switched my sim for traveling I do don’t now have that sim. And as you locked my account my Peru number is no longer working which means you have now left a solo female traveler without a phone 😡

Please fix this problem and unlock

What to do after [or before] you change your Apple ID email address or password - https://support.apple.com/HT204071 - "After you change your Apple ID email address or password, you might need to update your sign-in information with any Apple services you're using." - Or if you're seeing persistent disabled messages or repeated requests for the password to your previous Apple ID.

If you cannot resolve it yourself:

More unusually an account may be disabled because you owe money on a purchase and have stopped payment through a card. --> iTunes - Official Apple Support - https://support.apple.com/itunes

If you're talking about telephone service (since you mention a phone number) that has nothing to do with Apple, contact the carrier.
