I’m too facing the same problem and I went to check my account and it send purchase successfu but my game developer says they receive no payment for the recharger and they can’t do anything to it even if I screenshot of my purchase successfully to them and tells me to contact Apple and I I got answer from the apple operators is.. we can’t do anything or cancel the purchase or contact ur develope.. so? What do I need ur Apple service for?? I ask them to send the payment request again and they wont do it? So means I gave my money to death people or? It jus disappear

Means you all took our money and we ask you to help us to settle our problems and all I got “sorry, we can’t do anything to help“ I contact your customer service and ask them about my purchase and from my purchase history, my purchase was successfully but my game developer told me they receive no payment at all from Apple.. And now, there’s no people to help me to settle my problem cause both sides are telling me to find each other To help me. From Apple side, you told me, well, you saw your purchase history and your transactions was successfully so it wasn’t our problem and from my game developer side or story, they told me they did not receive any payment of the request so they can’t do anything and if I need help, please go to Apple and ask for help
I just recharged 9.99 US dollars, is RM39.9 in the game, here deducted my money, but the game account not . This is the second time. For the first time, I don’t know where to go to complain. can you to help me check it out. Thank you!
